What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes! Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Kuwait. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link when your order ships. You can also log in to your account and view real-time order status from the "My Orders" page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order may already be in processing. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Are products covered by a warranty?

Electronics come with the manufacturer's warranty (usually 1 year). For other products, please check the individual product page or contact our support team for details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Add a note in the "Order Notes" field at checkout requesting gift wrapping. For our premium gift hampers, decorative packaging is included by default.

How do I earn loyalty points?

You earn 10 points for every 1 KWD spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. You also earn bonus points for writing reviews and on your birthday!
